PMMA-walled plates

Stegdoppelplaten of PMMA (polymethylmetacrylaat panels) are also known in colloquial Plexiglas or acrylic glass. The very high light transmission, they are ideally suited for applications in horticulture. The plates are available in thickness 8 mm, 16 mm and 32 mm. Plates of 16 mm are most common in professional greenhouses.

Standard dimensions are (d = 16 mm)

▪ 980/1200 mm plate width, plate length negotiable per project (10 m possible)
▪ Alltop type plates are also available with width 1053 mm
