1. Thickness tolerance measured every two hours
2. Dimensions & diagonals is controlled every hour on every station. Additionally, immediately after a change of glass type or size
3. Fragmentation is checked every two hours on every tempering furnace
4. Light transmission is measured after tempering every half hour and in addition every ten pieces of glass on each rack are controlled before packaging.
